The Moulin of Boursac is a historic mill dating from the 14th century that has been lovingly transformed into a luxurious and comfortable 6 bedroom villa that is sure to impress. Located in the heart of the Côte d’Azur, it is 200 meters away from the ramparts of the medieval city of Vence. Surrounding it is a landscaped park of approximately 4500 square meters with a large swimming pool safe from prying eyes. A peaceful haven close to all commodities and attractions.
The space
How can you not be won over by its old stones, its vaults, its millstones, its presses and its decanting basins which transport us to another time?
The mill seduces by its allure, its generous volumes and the strength that emanates from it. Built on approximately 500 m2, it offers a main building (with a capacity of up to 14 people) composed of a spectacular double living room with fireplace and dining area where authenticity, aesthetics and character are invited, a spacious kitchen and a laundry room, close to the millstones and the large water wheels, as well as four superb bedrooms (which all have King or Queen-sized beds and en suite bathrooms) including a master bedroom which opens onto a huge private terrace bathed in light.
At the back, passing through a pretty corridor, there is an annex with a fifth large independent bedroom (which has a King-sized bed, a lounge area and a private bathroom), a dormitory (which has 4 single beds and doubles as a games room) and a vast shaded terrace overlooking a small inner courtyard.
The large landscaped park, the vast swimming pool area, the numerous terraces, the large courtyard with its barbecue area, fountain and huge covered stone table, as well as a table football and table tennis set, and the private car park are also at your entire disposal. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and around the pool area. All rooms and common areas have reversible air conditioning. In winter, the beautiful flames of the fireplace will enhance your evenings.
In addition, there is the possibility to reserve a self-contained duplex (for an additional fee), which has 2 large double bedrooms with en suites, it's own kitchen and lounge room, and a seperate entrance, giving the property a total capacity of 18 people.
