The apartment is very nicely decorated and well located. Emily and Brett were excellent communicators, responsive to my questions, and generous enough to provide suggestions of their favorite places in the neighborhood. There were a few things that caught me by surprise - the ap…

Response from Emily:
I'd like to leave a few comments on some of Lara's negative feedback in case it will affect your consideration of my apartment: I don't smoke, so I'm guessing Lara had the windows open in the front while someone was smoking outside the building. If you read the other comments, we've never had another complaint regarding the smell of smoke so I think this was an abnormal experience. If you open the windows, you will hear traffic outside but nothing louder than a typical city. We have modern, well-insulated windows that block out the sound completely when closed. We've also never had anyone comment on the noise level so I trust you will find the apartment quiet during your stay.
