The Main Bedroom. Airy and bright. A little noisy during the day, but at night the traffic dies down and little noise. The second bedroom, with two single beds. Great for your friends or the kids.

An unique accommodation alternative, a destination which is unlike any other in Bathurst! The living room is like a "New York Warehouse", though this place functions for you as a two bedroom home, with a bathroom and kitchen. The 170 yr old school hall is still being renovated, and this is ongoing, however all of it is outside. During the day, traffic is a bit noisy, but at night, very quiet. A couple of things to consider, the main living space is huge and not as warm as some would like.

Beautiful home inside - a great place to add on your to do list on a visit to Bathurst. Enjoyed reading and chilling out inside during the winter.

This place has a wonderful vibe and provides amazing character and quirkiness. We loved the open space and furnishings, as well as the supply of interesting books and personal decorations. The location is a short 5 mins drive to Bathurst town centre with it's attractions, cafes,…

I had pretty high expectations of Phillip's place based on the photos, but nothing could prepare me for how stunning the building actually is in person. Bring thick socks and a jumper, because this place is cold, but you'll understand why when you see it. I'm eagerly looking forw…

Lovely time at Philip’s home. We used it as a base to travel to Orange and Dubbo Zoo. The hall was large and I was a little worried that it would be a little chilly but we found it nice and cosy with the 2 heaters. We had a great time and I’d highly recommend!

Our stay at the parish hall was great. The night air was cold, but we warmed up by the heaters and we all had an easy nights sleep in the warm, comfortable beds. The hall was beautifully set up and absolutely huge. There was more than enough room for the three of us. Philip was a…

A lovely big house with atmosphere. It was conveniently located for my stay in Bathurst for anyone with a car. The facilities available were exactly as explained in the listing.

Well described in the listing description; this was a great and very interesting place to stay. We had a lovely time. Wish we'd had more time staying indoors to enjoy it fully. Chilly, but that was expected. Makes the experience more authentic! I would stay again.
