I’m very sorry to hear about your experience with Andre. I’d like to assure you that these are not the instructions I left for him in regards to welcoming visitors or preparing the apartment for your stay. Normally I make sure guests are greeted at the apartment, walked through the rooms, and have any questions about the neighborhood answered. I also instruct my associates to check to make sure the room has all necessary amenities and is clean. I will be sure to discuss this situation and take any necessary steps to make sure it doesn’t happen again. As you point out, the location of the apartment is great and something we can rely on, but, unfortunately, good help can be hard to find. I hope you were still able to enjoy your time in the city. I know an apology doesn’t rectify any discomfort you experienced, but I do apologize and will seek to address the problems.
