A leafy backyard for the kids and your furry friend, a large outdoor deck with BBQ and outdoor dining makes this pet friendly beach house the perfect place for holidaying and relaxing with family and friends.

The space
Surftide has three bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 - King bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - Double bed
All linen is provided - just need to bring your beach towels!
A brand new, large bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. There is an additional separate toilet also off the laundry.
The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area open to a large deck with outdoor dining and lounge.
The laundry includes a washing machine for guest use.
The backyard is fully fenced.
There is also an outdoor shower for washing off after a day at the beach.

Guest access
The entire house (except the garage which is locked) is for guest use.

Bawley Point is a beautiful, quiet coastal town renowned for its stunning beaches, famous surfing spots and breathtaking national parks.

You can do as much or as little as you want on a trip to Bawley Point. Unlimited bush walks and coastal tracks to explore, beautiful beaches and lakes to swim, snorkel, surf and fish or just lay back, relax and soak up the sun and salty air.

Surftide is located in a quiet family friendly area of Bawley Point, within walking distance to two of the area's best beaches - Gannet Beach and Murramarang Beach and to lovely 'Flo' food van on Gannet Beach. A favourite for locals and visitors for great coffee and yummy food!

If your up for a longer walk, follow the pathway along Murramarang Road to Luci's cafe near the entrance to Bawley Point. Also a favourite for great coffee, food and freshly baked sourdough bread.

The local village shops include a supermarket, bakery, newsagent, chemist, bottle shop and take-away. There is also a 24-hour service station and well stocked shop/bottle shop off the highway at the Bawley Point turn off.

A short drive to Kioloa, you will find Saltwood Cafe open for breakfast and lunch and Merry Street Restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, both fully licensed providing local modern food for eat in or take-away.

20 mins to Ulladulla - regional shopping centre with all major supermarkets and amenities.

Bawley Point also boasts the world renowned equestrian centre - Willinga Park, Bawley Vale Estate Winery and Jacksons Ranch all within minutes driving distance, providing the perfect accommodation if you are attending a wedding or event.
