Enjoy peaceful/unobstructed views of some of the best star gazing to be had in this rare and cozy tiny home. Take in the captivating stars on your way to a comfy night's sleep through a custom-built skylight right above your bed! This is truly a unique experience, less than 30min away from Grand Canyon West/Skywalk and 10min away from Lake Mead (South Cove). Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets almost every day of the year. After a long day, relax in a jetted jacuzzi. Away from the bustle, take it in!

The space
Our unique tiny house is perfect for that romantic getaway, brief retreat, or small group gathering. It accommodates a total of 3 people.

*After a long day with plenty of hiking, come relax in a 16 jet hot tub to cap off a great day. Designated relaxing deck with comfy seating and chargeable accessories.

*Crawl Loft is equipped with a comfortable queen bed. Custom built observation skylight located right above bed to sleep with the stars. Outlets in the loft are equipped with charging USB ports.

*Pull out sofa chair provides room for third guest and also has built in USB charging port. The bathroom offers a clean shower with all basic necessities and blow dryer. Year-round mini split heating and cooling.

*Concrete outdoor table. Outdoor fire chimney with firewood availability. Charcoal grill for some nice bar b queing.

*Well water is potable and hauled in, so join us in an effort to conserve when possible.

*Property is located on a dirt road, with a total dirt road distance off the main paved road of approximately 120 yards. Please keep this in mind. Vehicles with proper ground clearance are recommended. 4x4 is obviously helpful but not required.

*Nice hot water with on demand water heater throughout. The kitchen has a functioning induction cooktop with all basic kitchenware. Equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toaster. Keurig coffee machine with all of the fixings.

Guest access
Self entry with Lockbox with code. Access to property requires some dirt road driving (120 yards).

Other things to note
Please Note: Staircase is narrow please hold on to railing at all times when going up or coming down from crawl loft. Like any nature setting, there are animals and bugs. Please keep the door shut to keep critters out.

We do not provide Wi-Fi or TV. Take advantage and disconnect from the everyday demand of busy life.

We would prefer guests to use outdoor barbeque areas for cooking or grilling to minimize odor and potential indoor damage whenever possible.

Be mindful of surroundings by keeping noise down, particularly in the evenings.
