Situated at the base of the Rocky Mountains on 10 acres 8 minutes from Premier Lake Prov. Park. Several lakes and rivers ,great for paddling or fly fishing . Close to Hot Springs. Mt. Bike trails out back door. Cozy home with large deck and hot tub.

Guest access
You will have the house to yourselves and the 10 acres and crown land up the back have endless exploration opportunities any season. Help yourself to anything in the greenhouse and Summer /Fall take a tour of our garden and pick dinner for yourself! For families feel free to play on the trampoline or zipline- ( its good to 350 lbs!)

Other things to note
Fresh eggs from our hens and fresh produce / herbs from our garden.
Water is delicious so no need for bottled water.

Our family has lived in the area for 26 years . We love the accessibility to the back country here , the lakes, rivers and hot springs. We enjoy our large garden and fresh eggs every day from our chickens. My husband , our son ( 16) and I live on the 10 acres in another dwelling for 8 months of the year. We all love to paddle, swim, flyfish , hike and bike! The rest of the year is spent on our family island in Fiji with our family there !
