A space with serious wow factor. This massive (190sqm) apartment combines theatrical proportions, high end glamour, luxury fittings and spectacular views across Victoria's popular Mornington Peninsula. Mid 20th century design meets modern decadence.

The space
Cavernous, uber-chic Sea for Miles enjoys spectacular views of Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, a picturesque wine and food region a little over an hour’s drive from Melbourne. This funky abode is the first of a new series of curated spaces by a local designer and features her hallmark mix of high-end mid-20th century and edgy modern style. The space works equally well as a romantic couple's getaway or decadent long weekend with friends, for a solo sabbatical, and of course, for entertaining. Sea for Miles is the ultimate entertainer - its dimensions almost demand it. The jaw dropping location, quirky cool design, luxe fittings - not to mention the disco inferno powder room - means it's just perfect for dinner and cocktails.

The dwelling itself is classic Australian mid-century modern. There are floor to ceiling windows on three sides, allowing uninterrupted views and a wonderful feeling of space and light. Inside, there's a queen bed plus a pull out single foldaway bed and mattress; a bespoke kitchen with Gaggenau/Miele appliances; a dining table that seats 10 (along with quality crockery, cutlery and glassware); a free standing stone bath with garden views; separate powder room; and Miele washing machine. Outside there's a vintage Faux Bois table setting; and a huge crazy paved patio with stunning bay views.
