Simple studio in Paris. 4 min walk from the Parc of Buttes-Chaumont and from the bassin de la villette. The studio is 1 min away from the metro (ligne 5 - Laumière). The space has a simple bed that can be turned to a double bed and a wide desk. The kitchen is equipped for cooking (no oven). The place is very clean and simple. There is no wifi in the space. It's on the second floor of a building with an elevator. It is a great place for one person or a couple visiting Paris.

- Non smoking space.
- There is no wifi in the space.
- I will provide one set of keys only, it is important to note that the door doesn't close without the key.
- On the check out I would expect the guests to return the space in the conditions as it was given to them. Bed sheets should be washed before the guests leave, if there is no time for them to dry, they can be left on the dryer.
