We loved Maggie's hospitality. Her home is a easy walk to all Watkin's Glen has to offer, which is great. The lake view is beautiful. We'd definitely recommend her home and hope to return again.

Location is very good and hosts seems very nice although I didn't meet them. I felt the room was a little overpriced for the condition of the house and neighborhood. The Wildflower Cafe is close by and a great place to eat.

Maggie and John were excellent hosts. Very friendly and helpful on recommendations for what to see and do. Their home is in a great location - you can walk to anywhere in the downtown area, including parks, the marina, restaurants, breweries, wineries and more. I highly recommend staying with Maggie if you're looking to visit the Watkins Glen/Seneca Lake area.

Maggie User ProfileMaggie is a superhost.

Maggie is a painter and recently illustrated a cookbook called "Pavlova in a Hatbox". Her studio is on the 3rd floor with a view of the lake! John is an electrician. They both enjoy renovating their Victorian home and developing the gardens into a permaculture oasis. They sail on Seneca Lake in the summer, and in the Florida Keys in the winter. We love meeting guests and sharing our love of this area!
