A stylish villa of minimal aesthetic for 4 escapists, on the island of Kefalonia.

Designed to seamlessly merge the indoor and outdoor living, the villa’s wide glass doors open to the spacious, well curated external swimming pool and BBQ area. The glass façade allows the abundant natural light to fill the space, and your eyes to wander over the wide vistas of lush verdant hills expanding all the way to pristine bay of Argostoli.

The main living space includes dining area, as well as an open plan kitchen complete with a cooktop island with downdraft hood that invites you to culinary adventures.

The best kept secret of Anait is the attic of the living area, fitted with a desk and a sofa, enabling you to work with the incredible view of the island in complete privacy.

The main bedroom is luminous, immensely spacious- just slide the glass doors open, and indulge in a wellness session. Connect to the unique energy of the island through a work out with the great selection of sports equipment on site.
The second bedroom is also in unique sleek style of Anait, it has comfortable twin beds that can be converted into a king size double bed upon request.
The bathroom is generously spaced with double wash basins and a walk in shower.

There are several restaurants, cafes, bakery, patisserie and grocery stores within walking distance from the villa.
It is only a 7 minute drive from the Airport.
Over 10 beautiful beaches on the South coast are accessible within a 10 minute drive including Costa costa beach, Avithos beach, and Ai Helis Beach.
St. George’s castle is also only 10minutes drive away.
It is a 45 minutes drive to magical Melissani underground lake.
