This lovely 1200 Sq.ft. 5th floor flat is conveniently located on 10th Rd. Khar (w) in Mumbai. There is Italian & Wooden flooring. We have 2.5 bathrooms.
The Caretaker comes to clean the flat everyday so that you have a stressfree stay.
We are 5 mins from Linking Rd, Khar stn & Hinduja Hospital and 20 mins by car to BKC for USA visa appointments.
There is wifi, air cons, washing machine, dryer & fully equipped kitchen. The building has 2 elevators & 24 hr security.

The space
This is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with Italian marble measuring 1200 Sq feet on the 5th floor of a building having 24hr security, perfect for families, ladies,
business travelers, and tourists. We are 20 mins from BKC by car so it's very easy to go for USA VISA.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, kettle, SMEG stove, water purifier, pots and pans, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator
There is a work space in each of the bedrooms.
The master bedroom has Italian marble, air-conditioning, a KING size bed, and a double sofa bed with an ensuite Italian marble bathroom with hot and cold water.
The 2nd bedroom has parquet flooring with twin beds, air-conditioning, and an attached ensuite bathroom with Italian marble.
we have construction activities around the city.
There is also a powder bathroom with a wooden finish.
The living room has air-conditioning, 2 sofas, and a SONY TV with Netflix and PRIME.

There is a 6 seater dining table with air-conditioning.

The wifi is very fast and suitable for work and play.

We provide someone to clean the space every day so that you have a stress free stay. Bed linen is normally changed after 4 days in case of long stays.

This is india, so we have the occasional bugs and mosquitoes. Pl shut the windows in the evening.

We need passport and visa copies of non Indian guests and government ids of Indian guests.

This is a No Smoking space.

The guests can enjoy the entire house by themselves.

There is a 24 hour security camera for the safety of our guests outside the main door.
