This is a lovely house in a really beautiful setting. Four of us stayed here and it was a great size for us, we had a really comfortable stay. Susan is a fantastic host and we found a lovely welcome package on arrival. We had 2 dogs with us and the house was great for them as it is surrounded by country lanes and fields, which they loved. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Very private and secluded country cottage! The cottage is spacious and has everything you could require for both short and extended stays. Susan is a very friendly, welcome hostess. I loved the doors from the living area directly onto the garden. Our dog loved being chased up and down the hill.

A wonderfully cosy cottage that's perfectly suited to families, groups of friends or couples in search of peace, home comforts and outstanding views in the quietest and most scenic location imaginable. Ideally situated for visits to the Fife coast, St Andrews and Edinburgh. Our host, Susan, was incredibly friendly and helpful and even brought over some delicious home-baked cupcakes for us. Suffice to say they did not last long! I really couldn't recommend Windrush highly enough.

Windrush Cottage is ever so charming, comfortable and well appointed. The views of surrounding farm and pastures are extraordinary. The outdoor table is a great spot to enjoy your morning tea or coffee. Perhaps George the pheasant will stop by. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishware, flatware, pots, pans, and even a crockpot. Our family of four cooked each day, and had everything we could possibly need. Susan also left some local goodies for us to enjoy. The furniture is comfortable and tasteful. Windrush is secluded and peaceful, yet a vey short drive gets you to the main road lading into town. Susan is a wonderful host. She met us to give us a tour of the cottage, and during or stay, was quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend, and hope to have the opportunity to return someday myself.
