It is the perfect location to explore the wonders of the Scenic Rim. 2 large brooms (King Bed converts to 2 King Singles) + 1 Double Sofa Bed. Boasting unique features of a classic Q’ldnr- super high ceilings, wooden floors, great air flow, front & back verandahs to watch the sunrise/set. WIFI & Air Con
The space
Nestled in the foothills of the forested mountain ranges of the Great Dividing Range, Boonah is picturesque Country Town with a warm and welcoming community. The property is walking distance to the Town Centre (approx. 10 minute walk) and centrally located to all that the Scenic Rim has to offer. The Scenic Rim has recently been recommended by The Lonely Planet Guide, as one of the Top 10 Places to Visit in the World and has so much to offer.
There is a small convenience store just around the corner (some 5 min. walk) and the recently opened The Bowl, Boonah is an approximate 10-minute walk.
Whether it is a quiet getaway, a wedding to attend at nearby Karoomba Vineyard & Estate or White Chapel Kalbar, a visit for the well-known Scenic Rim Farm Gate & Elderflower Farm, a Bush Walking adventure, a fishing expedition or water sports activities on nearby Lake Moogerah, Lake Maroon or Wyaralong Dam, a getaway to experience the growing foodie mecca at nearby restaurants, cafes and Country Pubs that Boonah, Kalbar & surrounding areas are becoming known for, or just a quiet escape from everyday life, our property has been fitted and styled, so you shall want for nothing during your stay.
The Property has 2 bedrooms + 1 x Double Sofa Bed:
Bedroom 1 - 1 x King bed (option to split to 2 x King Single Beds).
Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen Bed.
Main Lounge area: 1 x Double Sofa Bed. (Please advise notice if you require the Sofa Bed to be made up and note, there is an extra cost of $60 per guest/per night, after 4 Guests).

Separate Bathroom and Toilet.
Separate laundry area (upstairs) with new Westinghouse 7.5kg front loader washing machine.
Generous sized kitchen with Westinghouse dishwasher.

A porta cot and high-chair are available if required. Please provide advance notice if you require the porta-cot and/or high-chair. We can also supply baby linen for the port-cot if required.
