The rural views from every angle will take your breath away. Enjoy all that modern living offers, off grid! Relax in comfort and style with the high end finishes throughout the tiny house. Explore the idyllic Wingecarribee River, just a short walk from Sugarloaf. Bring the kids, or just yourselves. Sugarloaf offers a getaway you won't forget.

The space
On property, we run cattle and welcome people to come and experience a time away that allows you to slow down and reconnect once again with yourself and partner, or even your family.

The roads on the property are weather-prone, but remain 2WD accessible year-round, with routine grading and maintenance.

Phone reception ends with the black-top roads, meaning you will have no signal during your stay. However, we have situated an Emergency Wi-Fi Hotspot at the front gate of the Homestead.

We do not allow high-adventure activities on the property.

Guest access
Full accommodation is for guests' use only, with the surrounding property able to be explored. Please be mindful when exploring that this is an operating farm property with other private and scheduled accommodations also spotted along the river.
