We deeply regret the problems caused during your stay, we are aware of the problem caused and we want to convey our sincere apologies.
1. I am sorry to hear about your feelings for this room, this bedroom was mean to be more private and silent than the others, besides that the concept of this room is to be a little more linked to nature, which we have preserved and adapted in the nice interior garden of the villa. About the security, you don't have nothing to worry about, this is the safer community at Playa del Carmen, also we count we private guards 24/7. Is unusual to hear that there were an odd odor, maybe it was because of the reparation next door, fortunately, is already finished.
2. I am very sorry about the next door noise, when we have bad luck and some neighbor is doing some construction near the village, we try to intervene as much as possible with the construction managers so they do not make annoying noises when they are in the villa, I'm glad that it was not the case and you could enjoy the villa as it should be, as well as Playa del Carmen.
3. Thank you for telling us about the barking door, is the first time in many years that we hear about this, we will take care of it and we will make sure that this not happen again.
4. Sorry about the hot tub, it just needed maintenance, fortunately there are at least three bedrooms with their private hotub. Anyways is already fix too.
We loved that you had a great time at the villa and in Playa del Carmen, we will really appreciate if you come back soon!
