Walking distance to Prince of Wales Showgrounds. Sunday market, and its weekly events. The RSL club. l pubs & one supermarket .
Major hospital. On site parking.
Bus stops @ the bottom, of the garden,
with a short ride to CBD.. Convenient central location.

The bungalow is a Peaceful secluded retreat, to retire to.
Fully furnished, consisting of airy light filled, lounge/dining & Kitchenette,
One bedroom & attached, heated, ensuite.
Air-conditioned, lockable & secure.
set in a tranquil garden.

Along with dog Sheba. Our residence is next door.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the courtyard, full driveway access, and parking inside the garden.
Guests enter the property from a dedicated driveway
that runs parallel up the hill.
The gate is closed but unlocked,
One needs to close the gate behind them when entering & leaving.
We have a dog @ home.

Other things to note
A large dog, living on-site
very tame and used to children, guests & other dogs, Sheba is a young female, very friendly. but not streetwise. we would prefer you to ring before entering the gates when you first arrive, so we can secure the young dog while the gates are open. Once introduced to guests. She settles down.

We are situated less than 5 minutes by car from the centre of the city.
The city has a good variety of Eateries, Bars, Public parks, A world-class Arts Precinct & the Chinese Precinct. The Ullumbra Theatre & The Capital Theatre. Art galleries, & old wares shops.
Lovely old heritage buildings, part of the history & Gold mining heritage.
All tour information can be accessed @ our fabulous information centre, which is housed in the old Post office. On Pall Mall.

Quite well-mannered neighbours.
As the dwelling is away from the main road. The road noises are negligible.
The views from the Bungalow & courtyard are magnificent.
right over the city & to the hills beyond.
Easy access to Parks, restaurants, Pubs & Antique stores. Public library Buddhist Temple, churches & the discovery center.
