Extra spacious

Guests love this home’s spaciousness for a comfortable stay.
A modern, well designed 5 bedroom home situated on 150 acres offering a unique rural retreat for families & couples. Natural solar heated swimming pool taking in incredible views across the Mt Baw Baw range. Only 90 minutes from Melbourne CBD, 60 minutes to Mt Baw Baw, we also have shuttle bus access to some fantastic local country pubs. The property backs on to State Forest with amazing sunrises, sunsets, and wildlife including Lyre Birds, wallabies, and bird life. The property is pet friendly.

The space
The farm is home to cattle, chickens and a small fruit orchard where you can collect seasonal fresh fruit and eggs during your stay.

The property offers a solar heated natural pool over looking Mount Baw Baw ranges. Outdoor dining and a firepit to soak up the country air, enjoy the views and local wildlife.

We have 2 living areas, one with a fireplace and 200 degree views. The other adjoins the kitchen and meals area with a smart tv.

4 bedrooms with Queen beds and a 4 bed bunk room for the kids, this property is ideal for families. There is another room off the master with a workspace and a king single bed. When 14 guests are booked, the trundle bed will be set up in the bunk room also.

Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the house other than the shedding. All gates must be left as you found them.

Other things to note
Important note:

- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not to be used on total fire ban days.
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay, but we love them.
-The swimming pool is a natural pool which at times may mean the water is not crystal clear like chlorinated pools. Our pool is solar heated with the temperature dependent on sunshine, winter swimming only recommended for the brave.
- Being a working cattle farm, at times there may be farming activities occurring in the paddocks surrounding the house yard.
-The trundle bed will only be set up when we have 14 guests booked.
