Enjoy a relaxing stay, in the cosy open plan living kitchen, where the calves were penned, now the beam covered in twinkly lights makes it super cosy and restful. Watch the swallows swooping in and out of their nest whilst sat outside in the covered seating area or watch our rare breed sheep in the field overlooking the valley. Just a 2 min drive to the beautiful and historic Spa town Saltburn with beautiful beaches, pier and valley gardens. Lots to eat and do - one stay is never enough

The space
The Old Parlour was once part of the diary and calving pens here at Stonecroft, Lane End Farm. It has been lovingly and sympathetically converted into two bedroomed accommodation. Due to the nature of the building it has relatively low ceilings and small windows which gives its snug cosy feel.

There is a large bedroom beautifully decorated with king-sized bed and gorgeous en-suite bathroom with double shower.

Centrally off the hall is the second small room in what was once one of the pens, this provides a cosy and compact bunk room suitable for children under 5ft. It has borrowed light and ventilation from the hall way and is serviced by the main bedroom en-suite.

The main living area is decorated in relaxing greens and tartan, integrating the seating and Tv area with the kitchen/ dining space.

Outside is a seating area for eating alfresco and enjoying the evening sun, with. The addition of solar lights. There is additional space and seating around the site which can also be enjoyed.

For children there is an outside play area that can be used at guests own risk.

EV charging via an Omhe pod is available at additional cost.

There is designated parking for the old parlour and the site is surrounded by farm land offering space to enjoy views and relax or have easy access to both moors and the coast within 2 min drive. We are directly off a B road.

NB: Second bedroom only suitable for young children

There is a small herd of rare breed sheep/ducks and chickens on site which you are welcome to see on your stay. The parlour is close proximity to the main farmhouse.

There is an Ohme EV charger available at additional charge. Please ask if required.

There is also WiFi via a dongle on a first come basis as it is shared with another property.
