Gorgeous, architectural, 3-bed, 2.5-bathroom home with lake views +360° mountain views of the glorious Remarkables. Designer kitchen, oak flooring with Persian rugs in living spaces and NZ wool carpet in bedrooms. Generous beds, silk (summer) or feather (winter) duvets, crisp cotton sheets and alpaca throws. Sunny and wonderfully warm in winter with underfloor heating and a wood fireplace. Spa pool/hot tub under the Milky Way. Samsung Frame TV and Sonos sound. 7 mins from airport.

The space
Casual luxury. Emphasis on great design - interior and exterior. Rated by Urban List as one of the 18 best AirBnB's in Queenstown. Chock full of contemporary NZ art. Gorgeous mountain, lake and garden views from every window.

Guest access
Access to house via e-lock code on front door. Vehicle access via an electric gate with code access. Guests use every part of the house. There are a couple of locked drawers and garage storage cupboards but everything else is open.

Other things to note
This property is is not set up for young children. The fire has a steel surround which heats up and can't be screened off - a real hazard for little ones. Additionally, the master bedroom is quite separate to the other two guest bedrooms - not ideal if there is night time separation anxiety. There are no cots or high chairs at the property.

Jacks Point is a masterplanned community less than 10 minutes from QZN airport at the foot of the majestic Remarkables mountain range. Access to the Remarkables ski field road is 5 minutes away. The on site amenity includes a world-renowned golf course and The Clubhouse restaurant (cafe and yoga studio), with much more on the way.

Jacks Point land is 95% preserve and there are many kilometres of walking trails through the wilderness, or take the paths that meander through the various neighbourhoods for a slice of Kiwi life. Jacks Point is surrounded by pristine farmland and raw, rugged mountain landscapes. You really feel 'away from it all' here, yet you're only 15 minutes from 'old' Queenstown where there are bars, restaurants and a range of shopping - from chain stores to high end (Louis Vuitton) to the downright quirky (check out Flora Fauna wunderkammer).
