This newly remodeled unit is now a privately-owned cozy studio condo in the Wyndham hotel with access to the hotel's pool, bar and restaurant, boat slip and other amenities. It is minutes away from the famed St Armands Circle and John Ringling Museum and within close distance to downtown Sarasota.

Guest access
The guest will have access to the unit, the coin laundry (for longer stays), the pool, the Bar & Grill (at guests expense), and the sitting areas on the property. We are located on the same premises as the hotel and ask that all rules are being followed. The stay does NOT include breakfast by the hotel. No guest should be dining at the hotel for breakfast. The Ramada has ZERO tolerance about this issue.
