The space
The Oasis at Palm Desert is a private 5,500-square-foot luxury estate on nearly one beautifully landscaped acre. The home features five spacious bedrooms, a private casita, multiple indoor gathering spaces, a gourmet kitchen, and resort-style outdoor living. Enjoy a private pool and spa, pickleball, sand volleyball, bocce, basketball, outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, fire pit, lush gardens, and fresh citrus trees—all just minutes from golf, shopping, dining, and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.

Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the main house, private casita, pool, spa, all outdoor living areas, sports courts, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Only the locked owner’s closet and a few owner storage areas are not accessible to guests.

The Oasis at Palm Desert is a private vacation home intended for personal leisure stays.

Commercial use—including photography or video shoots, social media influencer content, brand promotions, advertising, marketing campaigns, workshops, retreats, or other business activities—is not permitted without prior written approval and a separate Commercial Use Agreement. Additional fees and proof of insurance may be required.

Family vacations, reunions, holiday gatherings, and small celebrations with registered guests are welcome. Larger events, weddings, parties, or gatherings with additional visitors require prior written approval and may be subject to an event fee, event insurance, a professional event planner, or other requirements based on the size and nature of the event.
