This area is exceptionally walkable and features oak-shaded streets that are lined with a diverse mix of homes, from single-story cottages to the grand historic mansions and lavish gardens of St. Charles Avenue. It is just steps to Magazine St. with boutiques, antique shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, local bars, and more! In addition, it is very close to the Mardi Gras parade routes so you can catch all the Carnival fun!

We give our guests space but are available when needed and live close by. Messaging through the Air BnB app is the best way to reach us.
