Villa Nikolina is situated just by the sea(50m) in place called Molat on island Molat which is situated in North-west part of Zadar archipelago. Villa has big pool(32m2) with part which can be used as whirlpool.

Villa has big pool(32m2) with part which can be used as whirlpool. Garden area is 850m2 with nice terraces and swings, table tenis and playstation 2 for kids. Villa has fully equiped kitchen ad big dinning area with fireplace. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms.In the Villa for the gusts there are few bikes and 2 canoes. There are also four Sat TV's as well internet available.
