This sunny and spacious apartment is the entire ground floor of a building just 100m from Miño centre and 500m to the beach. The apartment has lounge, 2 bedrooms, large kitchen-diner-lounge (with views) & bathroom and all rooms have natural light from large windows. Guests can use our large sunny, tranquil garden behind the house.
The apartment has its own door from a communal stairwell serving the 3 apartments in the building. It is on the ground floor and set back from the road by a garden at basement floor level and so is both secure and private.
The apartment offers 75m2 of living space for up to 4 people and consists of the following rooms:
* Hallway (with space for coats and bags)
* Lounge (with sofas and TV/DVD)
* Bedroom 1 (2x single beds 200x80 which can be joined together)
* Bedroom 2 (1x double bed 190x140)
* Bathroom (Shower, WC, bidet, basin)
* Kitchen/diner with lounge area (the kitchen has sink, gas hob, microwave/grill, large fridge freezer, kettle, etc.)
* Glazed galleria (which contains a dishwasher) which is ideal for drying clothes.
To the rear (facing west) of the property is a large, sunny and tranquil (700m2) garden of lawns and fruit trees which guests are welcome to use.
Car parking is available on street (free) or in Miño's main car park (free) which is 50m walk away.
When you rent our apartment it's completely yours for as long as you're there and all we ask is that you treat it sensibly and also respect the other people in the building and the neighbourhood. If you've got any outdoor equipment that needs to go in a secure place overnight and also if you'd like to leave luggage before or beyond check-out/check-in time we'll normally be able to help.
Interaction with guests
Our family (we have 2 young children) lives upstairs and so we're always available if you have problems or questions, but otherwise you'll normally only see us at check-in and check-out and possibly in the communal areas which are the entry stairwell and the garden.
Other things to note
In accordance with the law as of 1st May 2017 we have a full and proper licence for this apartment as "Vivienda de Uso Turistico".

We do have two firm rules which are:
* No smoking inside the apartment
* No pets (sorry!)
Other than this we only ask that you treat our house as you would wish your own to be treated, which basically means not being unreasonably noisy (we live upstairs with our two small children), shutting the kitchen door so cooking smells don't escape the kitchen, and opening windows especially in the bathroom and kitchen for ventilation and humidity control.
