The space
We are happy to live in one of the best and central places of Vienna.
Our apartment is in the second floor -with Mezzanin- within a
period building with high ceilings and parquet floors, without an elevator.
People with walking issues please notice that there are also steps within our apartment.

We renovated your guestroom in January 2015 and put our inherited Jugendstil-furniture in it to offer you a charming atmosphere.
Situated south-facing it is full of light with its high windows.
This room is exclusively available to guests.
There is also a big desk where you can use our guest laptop.

Enjoy also our big roof-terrace when we are not sleeping.

The toilet is only for you!
The bathroom is to be shared with us, but you don't have to cross our rooms to get to this bathroom and the toilet.
The shower can also be used as steam-bath.

There is also a washbasin and separate toilet at the entrance to our flat.

During your stay
You have the possibilty to make coffee or tea whenever you want.
You can use our fridge, if you want to buy something for your breakfast or dinner.
Otherwise there are a couple of backeries and
restaurants in walking distance.

So i had a wonderful life at different beautiful places, meeting different people from all over the world. I especially love french music and musicals, so this is also a reason why i'm often travelling to Paris and France with AirBnB. Now our kids have their own familys, so we don't need all rooms of our maisonette. BE OUR GUESTS for the whole apartment and the big terrace when we are travelling or enjoy your privat guestrooms when i'm at home and my husband is travelling!
