The space
This is a two story house. It is located in a very quiet and safe gated community. It’s just steps to asian supermarket, Asian restaurants, and central Little Saigon. This room is located on the second floor. It is very spacious with your own closet, full bed, dedicated workspace and full of natural light. You share bathroom with only one person. The upstair living room is for you and the other two tenants to hangout. We have a fully equipped kitchen which will be shared with others. We also have high speed internet. This room is suitable for WFH professionals, travel nurses, engineers, and travelers who is looking for a quiet, safe, and comfortable place to live.

Everything is included in our flat fee: utilities, wifi, furniture, appliances, kitchen essentials, and anything else you would need upon moving into a new place. All you need to bring is your suitcase.

I grew up in Vietnam and has been living in the United States for almost 8 years. I am a Controls Engineer for a consulting firm that requires extensive travelling. My love of travelling for fun and work has taken me to multiple places, but I always love coming back home to the beautiful Orange County.
