NOISE: The property is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. To respect the peace of the community - we kindly request no loud music or loud parties. Noise curfew 10pm.
EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:
May be possible however we do recommend you plan around a 3pm check-in. When the villa is ready, we will let you know. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check-out to see if this is possible.
LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay.
INFANTS:
For families traveling with infants, please note that you will need to supply linen for the porta-cot. Due to the sensitive nature of precious baby skin and the detergents often used by large commercial laundries, it is much better for you to use fabrics that are familiar to your baby's skin to avoid any sensitivities or allergic reactions.
CHECK OUT
We don't want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if something has been moved), stack the dishwasher put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest.
DOG FRIENDLY: We welcome small dogs under 10Kg inside and outside our home however we ask that you keep your pups OFF furniture please. Please clean up after your dog.
We welcome families and multi-generational groups. The person making the booking must be responsible for all guests and stay at the property during the reservation. Children are welcome
Casa Mia Retreat is a smoke free environment. Outdoor areas of the property are also smoke free. This is out of respect for all of our guests.
