This is a Airbnb home. Private bath for your use. However around by the kitchen. Not outside your door. If you need close this is not a fit. Shopping a short drive. Very central to get around lots of things to do in walking distance. Texas is hot this time of year. No 3rd. party booking. No smoking anywhere of anything non smoking guest only. We want you to be happy, we want to be happy. No smoking, no kidding. Off street parking. Great queen bed, lots of storage, quiet place not silent however.

The space
Very peaceful even thought there is tons of activity close by. Everything you need to unpack and get organized. Your bathroom has a lot of storage space also. Please note even though you have another person in the home you are not on top of each other and in fact unless you are bath cooking or doing laundry you will not be aware of them. If you cook you clean after yourself. The other guest said they did not care for cleaning after someone else. Deep cleaning is done by professionals. There is a reduce weekly cleaning fee for maintaining the property of $65.00. Bedrooms, baths, and home cleaning is required to maintain clean. Someone must be paid to do the job.
