If you're looking at the main picture, our home is on the right. Bring your friends or the whole family to relax and take in Yellowstone Country. Close to downtown’s many attractions and all the hiking and fishing you can handle in Paradise Valley and the surrounding area. Two-car garage if you need it and all the views that bring you to Livingston. All brand new furnishings, appliances and accouterments. Clean and neat!! Owner-occupied, which means we love this place and hope you will, too.

The space
Each bedroom has brand new beds and bedding. Primary has a king with en suite and walk in closet. BIG! Secondary has a queen with closet. Third bedroom has a double bed and closet. Everything is on one level. The only steps are the one up to the front door and the one up from the garage. Garage is huge. Patio/deck off the living room is big, has a high-top table that seats six, an electric grill and fantastic views. "Backyard" area is situated on a steep hill and you'll realize you won't be hanging out there as you look out over it from the deck. Front yard is not fenced and not large, but should work for a lawn game or for kids. No street traffic as it's a semi-private drive with no outlets for through traffic.

Livingston was born out of the Northern Pacific Railway and has always been a railroad town. You can see the main line from the property which means you may or may not notice a light rumble from time to time (mostly during the day), but rarely a train whistle because the crossing is far enough away.

There are 9 homes on this semi-private drive overlooking the west side of Livingston. Residential area only (although Treasure Lanes bowling alley is just a few minutes away at the bottom of the hill to your left if you're looking off the deck).
