The Bond Store, Newcastle, a spacious 160 square metres of architect designed warehouse apartment in the heritage listed 1895 Cohen Bond Store.
Opening straight onto the Foreshore Park, grab the picnic basket and explore the park, Newcastle Beach, the Ocean Baths, Nobby’s Beach or enjoy the edgiest bars, cafes, pubs all in close strolling distance. Stunning designer furniture, original artwork (available for purchase) and a seriously well equipped kitchen completes the perfect stay.

This apartment actually opens onto Newcastle's favourite park!
This means it's a 50m walk from the street to your unit and there is a flight of public stairs on the way. Alternately its a 80m flat walk across the park from the Harbour Foreshore car park. Please note access to the apartment is separate from the main Cohen Bond building. It can only be accessed from the park.
Please contact us about parking options. Once you're here all the things you need are in walking or light rail distance!

Other things to note
Great for families, business travellers, groups of friends and wedding groups but absolutely no parties permitted.

Please note that park renovations are currently taking place throughout 2026. Building works for a new play ground is located on the other side of the park adjacent to Wharf Road. The old play ground has been removed.
