A lovely, peaceful Victorian cottage in the idyllic hills of West Worcestershire with its own (chilly) swimming pool, tennis court and games shed. Perfect for a rural retreat with family groups or friends. Enjoy the outstanding scenery using the network of fantastic footpaths, enjoy a barbecue or fire pit or cuddle up by a wood burning stove.

The space
Sapey Court Cottage is an old cottage with 5 double bedrooms, a kitchen/living room/conservatory area, a larger living room and a snug. There are extensive gardens, with croquet, tennis and swimming pool, so you'll never be bored. There's a shed with table tennis and darts, for sundowners or rainy summer afternoons. Use the barbecue or fire pit for a sociable night in, or as it gets cooler, move indoors to snuggle up by one of the wood burning stoves.

The cottage is of classic Victorian proportions (read, compact and cosy) and a mile from the nearest village down the end of a farm road. It is half a mile from the nearest neighbour, and nestled in amongst fields and streams. The last half mile is an un-tarred road through an orchard and is not suitable for low slung vehicles.

Upstairs is a master bedroom en suite, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room and a laundry room. Downstairs is a further bedroom and shower room. There is a kitchen/dining room with conservatory, and a larger living room and snug at the back. The garden is large but not fully enclosed and surrounded by agricultural land and therefore not suitable for untrained dogs.

You may never want to leave the compound, but if you do, there are plenty of circular walks from the front door, taking in ancient woodland and pastures and local Saxon old church, or venture further afield to the Malvern Hills, Ludlow Castle or Witley Court.
