Apartment in Villa end 700 in the residential area surrounded by green countryside of Salento at just 5km far from the historic center of Lecce and 15km from the sea and only 2 km from the University Campus Ecotekne. ideal place to relax both in summer and winter. The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a large living room of 25 square meters , complete with table and chairs and two single sofa beds, a bedroom about 25 square meters with double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with large shower. All in an elegant setting with vaulted ceilings, with a height of five meters. Outside there is a dedicated area with table and chairs overlooking the surrounding countryside with the sunset horizon. The whole apartment is very bright and quiet. Located in area adjacent to the countries of Monteroni Lequile and San Pietro in Lama can reach through the use of bicycle or car, supermarkets, the Wednesday market (fruit vegetable and clothing), bars and popular restaurants. The nearest beaches are those of Porto Cesareo and St. Isidore , about 25km and on the Adriatic coast Frigole and San Cataldo about 22 km
