Overlooking the tranquil canal and perfectly positioned for spectacular sunsets, this light-filled retreat offers effortless indoor–outdoor living, access to 4 resort pools and direct access to the water. Just a short stroll to the picturesque Noosa River, cafes, restaurants, and shops, it’s the ideal setting for a relaxed and memorable Noosa getaway.
The space
Step into this stylish and thoughtfully appointed coastal townhouse, widely regarded as one of the best-located and best-presented homes in the resort. Enjoy peaceful canal views, a private jetty just outside your door, and seamless living designed for relaxed holiday enjoyment.
The ground floor features a spacious, air-conditioned open-plan layout where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow effortlessly together. Wall-to-wall bi-fold doors open onto the waterfront deck, creating a beautiful connection to the outdoors, perfect for alfresco dining, sunset drinks, or simply unwinding by the water. On cooler days, open the doors at either end of the home to invite in the refreshing coastal breeze.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and everything needed for easy holiday meals. A generous front courtyard provides a welcoming entrance and connects directly to your private single lock-up garage.
Upstairs, all bedrooms are privately positioned for comfort and relaxation.
Master Bedroom: A serene retreat featuring a king bed, air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan and a private ensuite. Wake to calming water views and enjoy the peaceful outlook across the canal.
Bathroom 1 (ensuite): The modern ensuite bathroom is complete with a shower, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom 2: Comfortably appointed with a queen bed, air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.
Bedroom 3: Perfect for children or additional guests, offering 2 single beds, air-conditioning unit and ceiling fan.
Bathroom 2: A stylish and spacious bathroom with a combo standalone bath/shower, double vanity and toilet.
Laundry / Powder Room: Located downstairs and equipped with a washing machine, sink, and a separate toilet for added convenience.
Step directly from your patio to the water’s edge, where you can moor a small watercraft or cast a line from the nearby jetty. Guests also enjoy access to multiple shared resort pools, tropical gardens, and BBQ areas. With a bus stop directly outside the resort and free local buses on weekends and during peak holiday periods, exploring Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach is effortless.

Enjoy exclusive use of the entire two-storey townhouse and single garage during your stay. The resort features four tropical shared swimming pools, including a heated pool conveniently located directly opposite the townhouse. Additional swimming options include the Eastern Pool, as well as a central wading and lagoon pool. Guests can also enjoy poolside BBQ facilities and explore four acres of lush tropical gardens throughout the resort.
Other things to note
Guests must comply with the Local Council code of conduct, and the general house rules.
There is no fence between the patio and the canal, and this could pose a hazard to small children. Children are not be left outside unsupervised at any time, and please keep the doors closed for their safety unless they are actively supervised.
We strictly do not accept ‘Schoolies’ or similar groups. Please don’t request a booking if you traveling for Schoolies or other events.
