The space

Exclusive, fully equipped and very quiet, two-leveled flat, 3 bedrooms, big panoramic balcony, two showers/WC; huge living room and very spacious dining room; exquisite original works of art by Israeli and foreign artists; sun heater, washing machine, all amenities (bed sheets, towels, kitchenware, electrical appliances etc.); two TV sets and one DVD, landline phone (SIM-Card with a local Israeli number can be provided), fast wireless Internet (computer is optional) and much more!!! The price includes all utilities within reasonable use.

It is truly an amazing place inside an Arab-styled stone house set in a picturesque stone-paved pedestrian alley of historic, charming, very safe and quiet Musrara neighborhood in Jerusalem's city center.

The over 100 yrs' old thick stone house is located within 5 minute's walk of downtown Jerusalem (Main Post Office, Town Hall, Ben Yehuda Pedestrian Mall, Nachlat Shiva restaurants) and 7 minute's walk of the Old City (both Jaffa and Damascus Gates). The new Mamilla Shopping Promenade is literally around the corner with more restaurants, bookstores and gift shops. So are the David's Citadel, the King David and the YMCA hotels. Meah Shearim is two blocks away. Very close to public transportation (busses and the new light rail) that will bring you to all parts of the city (incl. to the Hebrew University Campus on Mt. of Scopus). There are lots of groceries all-around.

This is our home, so it's important to us to rent to someone trustworthy who'll treat our home as if it were his/her own.
