Soak up the view during your stay.
This newly renovated two bedroom ground floor apartment has water and Esplanade views. It offers free wifi, is bright and sunny and is situated directly opposite the beach.
Easy access and parking in the private courtyard. The main spacious bedroom has it's own access to the front patio and the twin bedroom is also very spacious and has it's own washing machine.

The space
There are no stairs and grab rails are located in the bathroom. There is a 15 cm step up into the shower. You have a full fridge/freezer, electric stove top and oven and cooking equipment. There are Esplanade and Water views from the living and main bedroom area.
You have a smart tv and free WIFI. There is a washing machine in your bathroom and we ask you use the washing line next to the courtyard.

Guest access
The driveway leads to the parking courtyard at the rear of the property. There is a pathway to your front door with no stairs. You have your own private entrance.

Other things to note
This is a small and leafy accommodation complex with just 4 apartments and 2 free standing cottages. We respect our neighbours and please do the same.
No washing is to be hung outside the apartment, a sunny washing line is in the courtyard for your use.
Each apartment has an allocated parking space for one vehicle in the courtyard.
We ask that you wash up and take your rubbish out before you leave.

545 is the perfect location for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful, natural beauty of this special part of the world but has cafes and restaurants close at hand as well as the Urangan Pier. A great stop over if you are lucky enough to be visiting Fraser or Lady Elliot Island. This is an great opportunity to spend a few days enjoying the beaches, cafes and restaurants as well as the Botanical Gardens in Hervey Bay.
