Many modern amenities including a wood burning fireplace, upgraded furnace, on-demand hot water, dishwasher, high-speed internet, and more put this home far from camping without being cramped in a hotel room. Pull out sofa bed, full size bed, and stool/chair seating for 4 make this space comfy for 1-4 people. Broadband WiFi, 40 inch HD TV, and Roku for those cozy nights.

Camper with added residential amenities such as a flushing toilet, dishwasher, upgraded heating system. Property is best described as a site in a campground, everything pictured is private property just for my guests, however as in a typical campground setting you will have neighbors. The campground only allows campers and tiny homes, no tents.
