The quaint studio cottage is a perfect couples retreat. It's located on our 34 acre property, near Broke Village in the tranquil part of the Hunter Valley, and is on the hillside overlooking beautiful Krinklewood Vineyard (also a wedding venue!).
Awaken to the sounds of the birds, spectacular views, and enjoy nature.
Conveniently close to Sydney, Newcastle and historic Wollombi, it is approximately 20 minutes from Pokolbin and Hunter Valley Gardens.

The space
The cottage is located within the grounds of our rural property with spectacular views. The accommodation is a studio layout with a queen bed and a sofa bed which can accommodate up to 4 people.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A RURAL PROPERTY AND WE RELY ON RAIN WATER FOR OUR WATER SUPPLY, SO PLEASE USE WATER WISELY.

A complimentary bottle of local wine is provided (please specify preference for white, red or rose when booking) as well as a continental breakfast supplies. The kitchenette has a microwave with a grill, a single hot plate, jug and toaster. Also included are plunger coffee, a selection of teas, salt and pepper grinders and oil for cooking.
There is a gas BBQ on the private deck and a small fire pit at the rear.
Firewood will be provided and extra wood can be supplied for an additional cost.

The salt water pool is heated and available for guests to use from October to March, but is a shared space. Children MUST be supervised at all times. No bombing into the pool and NO GLASS is permitted within the pool area.
We live on our property and will be available if required, however we respect your privacy and ask that you respect ours and keep noise to a minimum if returning late at night.

Guests are free to explore the property but STURDY FOOTWARE is strongly recommended as this is a rural property on the side of a hill.
The salt water pool is heated and available for guests to use, but is a shared space. Children MUST be supervised at all times and NO GLASS is permitted within the pool area. Please ask us to remove the pool cover if you wish to use the pool.

Other things to note
The property is only a few minutes from Broke village, the sensational Broke Fordwich wineries, restaurants and art gallery.
The nearest restaurant is at Margan Vineyard in Broke and there are several restaurants at Pokolbin which is only 20 minutes away.
Magooneys Coffee Shop is located in Broke and opens Thursday to Sunday from 8.00am until 2.00pm.
There is a general store in Broke which sells fuel, alcohol, basic supplies and basic takeaway food.
