With a gorgeous wrap around veranda, picturesque gardens and a flowing floor plan, this stunning 1910's character residence overlooks the Ringarooma River, campgrounds, tennis & netball courts.
The kitchen connects with the rear alfresco/BBQ area and melds seamlessly into the dining room. The main lounge room is incredibly spacious, as are all three bedrooms. And the bathroom is brand new, having just been fully renovated.

The space
By now, you are probably well aware of the beauty that Derby has to offer. You may have heard about it on the grape vine or had a stay here yourself. This mountain biking mecca is one seriously amazing old town, which has undergone a major rejuvenation in recent times.

This is one of the neatest and most comfortable houses in Derby with all it's rooms having been recently painted and redecorated with new furniture and fittings. The front 2 bedrooms hold 2 new King Single beds each and there is a new Queen sized bed in the master bedroom. All bedding and towels are provided as well as electric blankets.

The kitchen is fully equiped for self catering, and basic amenities are available including cooking oil, salt and pepper, a variety of herbs and spices, tea and coffee, cleaning supplies, washing detergent, toilet paper, shampoo and soap.

The brand new bathroom has heated towel racks, heated floor, adjustable shower head and a spacious and comfy free standing bath.

The property is located on acreage and has a great lock up bike storage / workshop with light and power. There is also a bike cleaning station, carport and extensive gardens. There is ample room for cars on site.

The Dorset Hotel is a couple of hundred metres away and the mountain bike trail head is approx. 600 metres down the road.

There are trails just across the road that follow both sides of the river and around the lake that link up to the main trail head.
