This is a newly remodeled cozy private studio at the back of a single family house, with direct access to backyard. It has a full-size bed, a nice kitchenette & a working desk.

It is close to HWY 24, 580 & 880, close to foods, shops, and many wonderful places: Lake Merritt, Downtown Oakland, Oracle Arena, & Berkeley.

It is 20-min drive to downtown SF. The Ashby BART station is about 4-min away by car or Uber ride. This is perfect for singles or couples on business or leisure travels.

The space
This is a self-check-in studio accessed from the backyard. It is fully equipped with towels, body wash, shampoo, kitchenette with induction cooker, basic appliances and simple utensils for light cooking, high-speed Wifi, and a smart TV. The entire studio uses floor heat to keep the room and your feet warm.

The free washer and dryer are upstairs on the deck, shared with guests upstairs.

Free street parking is available.

Bus 88 and F stop is 2 blocks away. Bus 88 can take you to Downtown Berkeley, Downtown Oakland, Lake Merritt. Bus F is Transbay to San Francisco Downtown.
