Discover this beautiful 170 m² single-story villa, fully air-conditioned and secured by an electric gate. Enjoy an 8 x 4 m salt pool, heated in low season, with alarm. The covered terrace includes table, chairs and charcoal barbecue. Around the pool, garden furniture, deckchairs and parasols await you. The space
This charming modern villa offers a spacious living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a storage room. The master suite has a 160 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, towel rail, toilet and a large dressing room. There is also a second bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm and a third bedroom with two single beds of 90 cm. An additional bathroom with bathtub and towel rail, as well as two separate toilets, complete the set. The mattresses, made in Corsica by DORSOM, are 22 cm thick for optimal comfort. Air conditioning is present in the living room and the three bedrooms.
