The space
WARNING to lovers of polished concrete, kitchens equipped with a central island, and walk-in showers: We have kept the apartment in its original state: In the kitchen, the old wood stove still stands, even if it is not used. Dishes are washed in the sink by hand. We have kept a bathtub in which we take showers. The parquet floor cracks and the woodwork has moved. But that's how we like this family apartment, and we find that all this wood has its charm, even if it sometimes expresses itself a little too much.
As we also come here regularly, some cupboards are closed because they contain our personal belongings.
We too love our comfort. Also we have made some improvements (mixer in the kitchen, electric stove, microwave and all the necessary kitchen equipment...) and the bedding is recent and in good condition, knowing that we like it quite hard.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To open the front door, pull the door toward you by turning the key.
The apartment is in the city center, 50 m from the pedestrian area.
There is a bicycle locker near the train station, so 100 m from the apartment, where you can park your bike safely; and this for a few euros per week. Beautiful walks in perspective, especially around the lake, with a stop at one of its beaches to take a dip.

Guest access
4th floor with elevator in the building. You will have the entire apartment for yourselves, apart from a few drawers or cabinets.

Other things to note
Linen rental is not included in the rate; 12 euros per bed or 15 euros with towels to be paid upon arrival.
But you can also bring your own. In this case, of course, there is no extra charge.
It is usually Marylène who will welcome you. The cleaning fee (we don't have a choice of title) is actually a fee corresponding essentially to the compensation I pay her to welcome you and do the inventory.
Guests are also kindly requested to return the apartment in the same state that they found it.
If you don't want to have to do this cleaning when you leave, you can make financial arrangements with Marylène. Some guests have told me that the ad said that hot water was not included. Don't worry, it's obviously included in the price. No matter how hard I look, I don't know how to remove it.
