We always strive to deliver the best hospitality experience which you will be able to make out from our previous reviews unlike your previous reviews where your hosts have had a had problem unluckily even after reading previous reviews from your hosts i thought i would be able to handle you which i think was my mistake and i was just being overconfident.
Firstly , regarding the issue of us not telling you Hi during welcome , I would like to point out and i being very precise , as soon i saw you I smiled , and before i could even say anything the first question on the gate of our house you asked us to show you your room. Anyways i thought of first making you more comfortable by taking you to your room first and then have a chat which we did. I am sorry i answered your question first rather than saying hi first.
Secondly, We are sorry for the painting work which was happening in the adjacent room but we did not anticipate that it would be that troublesome, Even so, we offered you another room which was more luxurious, bigger room , with even attached changing room and also with a bath tub also having all the same amenities, and more pricier room so that you could have been comfortable. Upon acknowledgement of the you being uncomfortable we immediately got the work stopped .
Thirdly, we have very easy access to floors because of the elevator, but our domestic helps are always ready to help upon asking. Please note that i donot have domestic people working for me downstairs to bring your luggage but even if you had asked us i would have sent a domestic help downstairs and waited upon your arrival to get your bags but because we do not know your exact time of arrival we couldnt have kept him waiting downstairs in the rain and heat to get your luggage upstairs
Fourthly, us being unfriendly i know its not always about money but you dint have change to pay us for the laundry you got done and we asked you that you would need not pay for it all to make you feel good and make us feel bad because of your paint smell from the adjacent room. We told you sorry on your airbnb message board 4 times , we met you twice to tell you sorry for it and also tried getting your room changed. and you think we were unfriendly which was really uncalled for. You were rude to my mother, upon asking "which year you passed out your school", you replied in a 'smart arse' manner when she was just making a conversation. For you to feel all comfortable in the house.
A very tough guest to handle, is not happy no matter how much efforts you make.
We would not recommend her to any other hosts.
Would I host her again ? Definitely not.

Cons : About the Guest: Everything else . Whenever you talked to her it felt she was always in an angry mood.
