Sandy Point Beach House, a very special home located on the stunning waterfront at Corlette, Port Stephens. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Foxtel, Sonos, WIFI and lots of inclusions and comforts, this Australian beach house caters to families and small groups in need of pampering and relaxation.

The space
Sandy Point Beach House is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom holiday home. Located in an exceptional position on the exclusive Corlette beachfront, enjoying uninterrupted views of Port Stephens and the stunning headlands of Mount Yacaba and beyond.

Note check in times over Christmas peak times may be 4pm instead of 2pm, check in time will be confirmed 2 days prior to check in.

Lovers of nature, water sports, beach walks, yoga and those in need of rest and relaxation will adore this property.

This idyllic waterfront retreat offers various
spacious and tranquil areas to enjoy the water views.

With the recent change of ownership, many improvements have been made to this spacious and comfortably appointed home.

Previous guests will no doubt be very pleasantly surprised.

The windows and sliding doors onto the waterfront lead to wide decks on both levels ideal for alfresco dining, lounging or sunbathing.

Glass doors onto the private landscaped courtyard provides a retreat as an alternate relaxed alfresco dining option under the shade of the gazebo. Ideal for enjoying a BBQ any time of the day.

Featuring three SUP’s, a surf ski and a ping pong table. (refer rules for use etc) .

This multi level property has lounge areas on both levels, plus a chill out lounge on the middle level.

The main kitchen is on the ground floor waterfront level, a kitchenette with bar fridge on the top level and a bar adjoining the ground floor lounge area. Outdoor lounges and dining furniture on both waterfront deck areas top and ground level.

There is air conditioning in the main bedroom, loungeroom and the kitchen/dining area.

Parking for one vehicle in the garage and 2 two in the driveway.

* Lower level
- Lounge/media room, air conditioning, Foxtel, Smart TV, bar with bar fridge and access to courtyard with a covered gazebo and BBQ.
- 1 queen bedroom.
- A long lock up garage that allows access to the waterfront (cannot be used for launching jet skis or boats. If you have SUP's or other water equipment you need to store). There is also a ping pong table.
- Laundry with top loading washing machine and dryer.
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Powder room (toilet)

* Waterfront level
- Kitchen and dining area that opens to front deck equipped with outdoor dining and lounging furniture.

Kitchen is in original condition.
All crockery, cutlery, glassware, small appliances and kitchenware is new.

- Double bedroom has access to the deck, wake up to water views from this bedroom.
- Bedroom with 2 long singles.
- Bathroom with shower over bathtub and toilet.

* Middle level
- Lounge sitting area.
- 1 bedroom, 1 King bed, ensuite with shower and toilet.

* Top Level
- Queen bedroom, wake up to the water views from this bedroom. Note there are locked glass doors dividing this room from the main bedroom, They have been tinted and blinds offer privacy.

- Lounge area
- Bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Balcony with outdoor furniture (note the cushions must be kept inside when not in use due to the winds which can become very strong) Bag/container supplied.

Sun lounging beds are available for use and stored in the garage. Please return to garage when not in use.

We ask that you be respectful of the house and all it’s contents.

NB A bond of $3000 is required.

Schoolies and party group must not book this property.

We don’t take groups of more than 8 adults.
We have a strict no party, no loud noise policy and quiet hours from 10pm. The additional bedding is for children only.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- Fake tan, while this is widely used, we ask you to put a towel or something on lounges or chairs so the fake tan does not stain the furniture.

- No visitors are to come to the property.

- You agree to follow NSW Short Term Accommodation Code of Conduct.

- The property is to be left clean and tidy.

- Linen pack of sheets, pillow slips, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels are supplied. Beds are made up for your arrival.

- If using water equipment supplied at the property guests do so at their own risk, no liability taken.

- Use of water equipment - if used you agree to ensure the equipment is used in the manner it was made for. The item must be put away after it has been used. Any damage to an item must be reported to host and you may be liable for the replacement of said item.

- Groups with Jet skis are not to book this property.

Bushwalks along the waterfront will take you to Nelson Bay and beyond. On your way to Nelson Bay you will walk past Dutchies Beach which is a secluded beach with trees, picnic tables and makes an enjoyable day out for the whole family.
The small village has the Skin Deep beauty salon for all your holiday pampering, Nakarma the yoga studio, Sanook Thai restaurant and the famous Corlette Store for great hamburgers and fish and chips. It also has other items you might need instead of a trip to Woolies.

For Guests: I understand different people have different needs when it comes to booking a holiday, I offer a personalised service for each of my guests. I understand and respect all guests have specific expectations and endeavour to match guests with appropriate properties. Correspondence and confirmation is available by phone, text and email. All my properties supply linen; sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. You only need to bring your beach towel, although we can arrange hire of these too! Properties are fully self-contained with complete kitchens, outdoor BBQ, laundries, bedrooms and lounge/dining rooms. Some include private yards, balconies and unrivalled views. Units, duplexes and houses are all available, depending on your requirements and preferences in Fingal Bay, Shoal Bay and Fisherman’s Bay. Since moving to Port Stephens whale watching has become a passion for me, whether I’m watching from the shoreline or on board a whale watching charter. Whale season is between June and October, with dolphins inspiring us all year round. Fisherman’s Bay: You can sit on the balcony or in the lounge room and see the whales come by, a truly magnificent site. Pet Friendly: Some family members have paws, if that’s your family take a look at our Fingal Bay property. There’s even a nearby dog park! Hampers: Picnic baskets, gift boxes and fresh flowers can also be organised for your special occasion, anniversary, birthday or just because you want something a bit special. Charter bookings for dolphin/whale watch cruises and deep sea fishing can also be organised. All properties are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Check in is easy so you can enjoy your stay as soon as you arrive. For Owners: I have lived in Port Stephens for over 25 years and have managed over 180 holiday properties in the last 10 years.
