ENTERTAINMENT & DINING:
The spacious indoor living area includes an 8 person dining table, billiards table, board games, slow combustion fire place and modern lounge furnishes. Adjacent to the living space is a separate media room that has access to Netflix & PS4 - ideal for kids, a movie night or an evening inside on those cool nights.
The kitchen and dining area has been designed with entertainers in mind, offering the perfect space for hosting family and friends. Featuring premium Smeg appliances, a full range of utensils, and quality crockery, it is fully equipped to cater for groups with ease. Seamlessly connected to the outdoors, this area flows directly to a private, fenced pool, BBQ facilities, an inviting outdoor lounge, and an expansive undercover area with seating for over 20 guests. For year-round enjoyment, an internal entertainment space is also available, complete with a comfortable lounge, bean bags, and a smart TV with views to admire.
Upstairs is a 45m² outdoor deck, purposely designed as an open space for early morning yoga, a long lunch or perhaps and drinks while you watch the sunset from the best view on the property.

PRIVATE EVENTS:
47 Woolshed Rd is the ideal property with a central location to experience the Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley (35 minutes), Murray River (30 minutes) and Adelaide (50 minutes) for your interstate and international guests. It is a great space for a special birthday celebration or small corporate retreat, unfortunately we do not hold Weddings and we are limited to no more than 20 people on site at one time. Although food and beverage catering or coordination of your event is not directly provided, you are welcome to engage your own suppliers and we also have a local Chef who can cater for your event.
Please note that although small groups are accepted, there is a strict no party policy (10pm curfew outside) and any damages or additional cleaning/repairs will be charged (up to $5000AUD).

PETS:
We only accept dogs onto the property, and no other animals are permitted. The following rules will apply:
- All dogs require pre-approval, it is not automatically granted
- $150 additional fee per stay will apply (includes 2 dogs)
- Notify us at the time of your booking the type of pet, age, shedding/non shedding
- Dogs must be toilet trained, must be +6 months age and maximum weight 20kg
- Maximum 2 dogs per stay
- Animal waste picked up and deposited using bins provided
- Any shedding pets must remain off all furniture or remain outside (e.g. Labrador, Golden retriever, German Shepard). If there is any evidence of dog hair on furniture and beds, the additional cleaning fee below will automatically apply.
An additional $250 fee will apply to any booking with excessive cleaning as a result of guests and/or pet. Guests will be also be held financially liable for any damage caused.
Guest access
A short 3-minute drive from the Mt Torrens township, 47 Woolshed Rd is accessible from a well maintained 400 metre long dirt road suitable for all 2WD vehicles.
Specific instructions on how to access the property will be released upon booking confirmation.
Other things to note
Strict fire ban from 1st November - 30th April every year, please do not light any fires outside during these times.
Strictly no smoking indoors.
