The place was an overall great experience for me. The house itself was always clean and very homely. Suzana was a fantastic host, which made my experience all the better. If you are considering staying somewhere in the New Jersey area, I can confidently say that this is the place…

Response from Suzana:
Very next day I asked Daphne if she would be ok if I give her own AC unit in her suite (bathroom with shower and large room) so some days when is comfortable outside (dry 75 degrees evening) I can open windows and turn central air off. Daphne looked at me arrogantly and said “Absolutely not”. Again I was in shock. I went to my room and thought about the whole situation and how uncomfortable Daphne has made me in my own home. Very next evening I saw Daphne sow her laundry and I asked her if she has 5 minutes to spare so I could speak to her. Daphne’s replay was: “ohh no I have no time to speak to you right now” upon I turned around and told her “I am sorry but I need to ask you to look for another place through Airbnb and I will reimburse you for all unused nights at my place”. Daphne’s reaction was something I have never witnessed in my entire life. She started yelling and crying at me that I am throwing her out and that she is 8,000 miles away from her family. I was trying to assure her that she can take her time and look for a new place and AirBnb will help her in search, too. She was crying hysterically and could not stop. I could not comfort her and I left her alone. A week later I asked Daphne if she had found a place and Daphne’s response was that her father (an attorney at law) had advised her to stay at my place because she would lose her money. At this point I was hopeless and I contacted AirBnb for help. Airbnb told Daphne she must move out and she was fully refunded for unused nights. AirBnb helped Daphne find a new room but my experience with Daphne was unforgettable. She is emotionally unstable person and does not have emotional intelligence to control her outbursts. As you can tell Daphne feels she is entitled to do what she feels like at your own home. Dear host “Caveat Emptor” be aware of guests like Daphne.
