Located just 5 mins from Downtown Truckee, you'll have access to charming shops, restaurants, and local attractions. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Sawtooth trail system beckons right at your doorstep.

The space
1 master bedroom with an adjoining recently renovated gorgeous bathroom
2 subsequent bedrooms, one with a pull-out king-size bed couch, both with workstations and a shared bathroom

You will have access to 3 separate workstations/offices with monitors
Laundry room
Main living space, table for 8, and plenty of kitchen space

Guest access
During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the main house, upper deck, and backyard. Please note that there is an ADU in the back with a full-time tenant—a lovely older lady with a friendly senior dog who occasionally roams the backyard. Rest assured, your space remains private, and she is very respectful of guests.
