The space
This luxury ground floor apartment offers spacious living areas and a large balcony with ocean views to enjoy beautiful sunrises and check the surf!

Featuring 3 beautiful Queen bedrooms (accommodating 4-6 guests), 2 bathrooms (one with a full bath for the kids to enjoy), a new kitchen with all modern fixtures & fittings, including a Lavazza coffee machine and a water filter system.
Spacious light filled open living areas for families and friends to entertain and relax. The large balcony has an outdoor dining set and BBQ for family dinners overlooking the ocean. Inside also has a 6 seater dining table to gather around.
Your own private courtyard, which two of the bedrooms open on to.
Air conditioned throughout to keep you cool.
Private laundry in the apartment.
You also can enjoy the shared pool that is directly adjacent to the apartment, and can easily be accessed via two of the bedrooms patio doors. It does not get a lot of use, so will often feel like your private pool! Due to its proximity to the apartment some pool noise should be expected at times.
