This area is easy to get around.
Enjoy this oversized centrally-located Nashville home with the entire family! Free off-street and street parking for everyone. Walk to The Gulch, Midtown, Music Row, Edgehill shops, restaurants, and bars. The best highlights of the city are located less than 2 miles away!

The space
3 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms, open chef’s kitchen/dining (complete with coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, and air fryer!), lovely private patio with grill and outdoor dining table, and an array of tasteful, local decor. There are two nearby playgrounds for kids to enjoy, and when the weather isn't cooperative, everyone will appreciate the game room on the second floor!

Guest access
The entire home (apart from a locked supply closet and our high-season extra room) and fenced-in yard/patio are for guests' use.

Other things to note
This listing is a low-season duplicate for one of our most popular vacation homes. The bedrooms available (and max guestcount allowed) are limited in order to accommodate families and smaller groups of up to 6.

In order to provide a great place for our guests, we are required to enforce certain rules:

***The locked 4th bedroom is off-limits to guests of this listing. Your discounted reservation and cleaning rates reflect the square footage accessible and # of guests allowed. :)

***Absolutely no local renters, please. Do not book my property if you reside within 150 miles of Nashville.

***Smoking is NOT allowed. Minimum $500 penalty and extra cleaning fees will be charged.

***No pets are allowed on the property at any time.

***Outdoor cameras are not allowed to be disconnected or unplugged at any time. Doing so will result in penalties and could result in cancellation of your reservation without notice and without refund.

***No parties or gatherings are allowed (at any short-term rentals within Nashville/Davidson County) and an accurate guest count is required. No additional guests are allowed on the property at any time.

Violations will result in immediate cancellations, with penalties to the guests, and no refund may be given.

Every effort is made to ensure advertised amenities are available for guest use. Please let us know immediately of any problems so that we can attempt to resolve the issue in a reasonable amount of time during your stay. (Absolutely no refund will be made under any circumstance for issues that are not brought to our attention at check-in or when the problem first occurs. We can't fix something when guests do not let us know there is a problem.)
