3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located on 7 acres of property. This home is good for couples, families (with children) or a small group of friends. There is an electric fireplace in the living room to cozy up to in the winter months and an outdoor fire pit to sit around in the warmer months. You will feel like you are miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, but just a short drive from all that the area has to offer.

The space
This home has two master bedroom suites. Beautiful wood furniture in all bedrooms. Every bedroom has a TV with DVD player. TV in living room has cable box. The living room opens to a 17 ft. kitchen. Washer & dryer. Central air conditioning. There is an auto self start generator to run entire home if needed.

Guest access
The area is secluded but a short drive to town will provide access to food and dining options or scenic views of the nearby mountains or lakes of the Catskills and greater area. Located only 4 miles to Rte. 7 and I-88. 20 minutes to Oneonta, 30 minutes to Cobleskill and 30 minutes from Cooperstown.

Other things to note
There is *NO WIFI/INTERNET but has cell reception. You can also use your mobile hot-spot for internet access if you have one.

No smoking in the house.
